What is your goal as a trainee during
this project?
My goal as a trainee in digital transformation design is to dive into the exciting world of digital educational escape rooms for social entrepreneurs! Along the way, I'm eager to gain valuable experience in project management, user experience design, and digital content creation. I'm also looking forward to contributing my own unique perspective and innovative ideas to help ensure the project's success.
What challenge(s) did you face as a trainee during this project
Starting this project as a trainee brought many challenges. I had to learn new tools and discover the benefits of using educational escape rooms to encourage social entrepreneurship. This helped me improve my skills and understand how social initiatives can have a positive impact on society. Seeing how education is changing with technology has been exciting and educational.
What did you learn and/or stood out to you during sprint 1?
Our team primarily focused on conducting research and leveraging expert opinions to gain a deeper understanding of teaching methods, educational frameworks, and the best practices of existing escape rooms. We essentially immersed ourselves in the foundational aspects of this project, with the intention of revolutionizing them in the future. It was as if we were learning the alphabet, in preparation for writing a whole new story
What did you learn and/or stood out to you during sprint 2?
Sprint 2 proved to be an eye-opening experience, as we delved into the diverse digital educational frameworks implemented by academic institutions across the globe. This journey allowed us to not only gain a deeper understanding of the functions and frameworks used for social entrepreneurship lessons, but also appreciate the interactive nature of education and its intersection with social entrepreneurship. In essence, we learned how to unlock the full potential of digital educational frameworks to foster a new generation of socially conscious entrepreneurs.
What characterizes you as a trainee during this project?
I approach my work with the heart of a storyteller. I strive to capture the essence of the project's goals and convey them in a compelling and engaging manner. I am passionate about exploring the unique narratives of social entrepreneurship and digital education, and constantly seek to bring those stories to life through my work. Additionally, I am dedicated to learning and growing alongside my fellow trainees, as we collectively work towards creating something truly transformative.
What does participating in this project mean to you personally?
Participating in this project is a perfect blend of my two passions - digital education and social entrepreneurship. As a film director, I'm used to telling stories in a creative and impactful way, and this project gives me the opportunity to do just that. Being a part of this project is incredibly fulfilling, and I am grateful for the chance to expand my skills and leave a positive impact on the world.
What is a fun fact that most people don’t know about you ?
I have a unique superpower that most people don't know about - I can fall asleep anywhere, anytime, no matter how noisy or chaotic the environment may be. Whether it's a crowded coffee shop, a bustling city street, or even with a house full of guests, I can just curl up and doze off like a champion. It's like my brain has a built-in off switch, and I can tune out the world around me with ease. It's definitely come in handy more than a few times, and always surprises people when they find out about it!

In this environment, I'm not afraid of making mistakes, as they are seen as valuable learning opportunities. What challenge(s) did you face as a trainee during this project
The ability to understand the core expectations of partners but I was able to identify through interactions.
What did you learn and/or stood out to you during sprint 1?
The ability to work cooperatively with people from different cultural backgrounds.
What did you learn and/or stood out to you during sprint 2?
The collaboration was great in our paired coding sessions.
What characterizes you as a trainee during this project?
My leadership skills in relations to my charisma and how well I am able to bring the team together to work for a common course.
What does participating in this project mean to you personally?
Building team spirit and learning more ideas.

Very lively and easy-going person.
What is your goal as a trainee during
this project?
As a trainee in digital transformation design, my objective is to explore the fascinating realm of digital educational escape rooms for social entrepreneurs. Through this journey, I aim to acquire significant knowledge in project management, Digital facilities, and digital content creation, while also offering my distinctive outlook and creative concepts to support the project's triumph.

Our team's main goal was to research and seek expert opinions to understand teaching methods, educational frameworks, and existing escape rooms. We focused on building the foundation for the project, which we plan to innovate in the future. It was like learning the basics before starting something new.
What did you learn and/or stood out to you during sprint 2?
We explored the digital educational frameworks used by different academic institutions worldwide. This helped us understand how social entrepreneurship is taught and how education can be interactive. We learned how to use digital educational frameworks to encourage the next generation of socially-aware entrepreneurs. It was an enlightening experience.
What characterizes you as a trainee during this project?
your As a trainee in this project, I see myself as a Tool and instrument person. My goal is to improve the quality of work, simplify processes, and achieve better results.
What does participating in this project mean to you personally?
As an architect, this project combines two of my passions - digital education and social entrepreneurship. I enjoy using my creativity to design spaces, which is something I do as an architect. This project allows me to do that while making a positive impact. It is fulfilling, and I am grateful for the chance to learn and grow my skills.
What is a fun fact that most people don’t know about you ?
A fun fact that most people don't know about me is that despite being an introverted person, I enjoy collaborating with others and working in a team. It's particularly exciting for me to work with people from different backgrounds and areas of expertise, especially when it comes to technology-related projects. At the same time, I strongly value the importance of humanity and believe that it should always be at the forefront of any project or endeavor.
